Ahlem Soussi
– Bonjour, avant tout, pouvez-vous vous présenter, nous raconter votre parcours et vos activités
My name is Ahlem Soussi, I am 28 years old and I work as a corporate jurist in an international law firm .
I studied law at the university of law and political science of compus manar and I graduated in 2016
At first, it didn’t start out the way I hoped, I worked as an administrative assistant in the oil and gas sector and then quit my job because of COVID, but I kept trying and eventually got the opportunity to work as a document controller at BTK BANK for almost 2 years until I found my dream job as a corporate jurist at a well-known law firm. To be honest, banking was one of my goals but right after my experience, I thought I needed more precision… I have always been a law student and finally I wanted to continue in that path.
– Quels sont vos projets à venir ?
My satisfaction is to see the improvement in me as a person and as a professional, so my vision for the future is to be more confident, wiser and more perfectionist in what I do.
– Quels sont les moments ou événements qui ont changé votre vie
The birth of my daughter MAYA has changed my life, I am not the same person anymore, she has taught me to be stronger, to become a better person and therefore a better mother to her and finally be mature.
– Quel est votre conseil pour les femmes qui veulent réussir ?
My advice is to believe in yourself! You will get tired, disoriented and maybe lonely, but success will catch up with you.
– Votre avis sur la situation de la femme en Tunisie
I believe in the Equality and all but looking at our situation in Tunisia, women are going through a lot, and I’m talking especially about working ladies, being at home as a mother and a full time wife is something quite wonderful, but to be both (the perfect worker and the perfect mother and wife) is a super-woman thing.
– Votre avis sur le site ?
